Submerged Arc Welding Boiler Membrane Waterwall Rear Wall Panel

A waterwall in a boiler is a furnace wall comprised of refractory and tubes in a water-tube boiler. The tubes are evenly spaced and connect to headers which in turn connect back to the main generating bank of the boiler. They serve a dual purpose: capturing heat that would otherwise escape to the atmosphere to help heat the water in the boiler, and keeping the refractory relatively cool to prevent spalling.
